I started this because meal plans alone weren't working.
I know what it's like to have the right macro numbers on paper and still not follow through — because cooking, shopping, and portioning every day is the part that actually gets in the way. So I started cooking for a few people at my gym, exactly to their numbers, and it worked.
The Macro Table is that same idea, just for more than one person: I take your questionnaire, calculate what your body actually needs, and cook it myself — in small batches, for a small number of clients, so nothing about it feels mass-produced.
